About Hammad
Senior digital marketing consultant working directly with SMBs
Background
Digital marketing consultant working directly with SMBs. Strategy, paid media, organic and AI search visibility, conversion optimization, analytics, lifecycle systems, local search, plus design, development, project management, and team coordination when you need it.
Started as an SEO in 2004 when rankings still felt like dark magic. Grew into a full digital marketing professional over the years as search evolved, paid platforms matured, and measurement got more honest. The work now covers the full marketing stack, from strategy through delivery.
Most clients are in Automotive, logistics, real estate, professional services, or SaaS, with strong experience in travel marketing and work across law, ecommerce, medical and wellness, solar, and pet brands. Engagements have been local and international, including remote roles with marketing agencies. Typical size is 5 to 200 employees. The fit is strongest when marketing is running but lacks senior direction, or the founder is wearing too many hats and needs someone to build the plan and hand it off.
Services I Cover
These are the main areas. Detail lives on each service page.

- Lifecycle Marketing & Automation
- Analytics, Attribution & First-Party Data
- Local Search, GBP & Reputation

Why the Delivery Stack Matters
Design, development, project management, quality assurance, and team management sit alongside the marketing work. That means the plan doesn't sit in a document waiting for someone else to build it. When a strategy needs a landing page, tracking fixes, or a reporting dashboard, those get done as part of the same engagement.
Buyers care because it shortens the feedback loop. No handoff delays, no lost context between the strategist and the builder. One person who understands the goal and can ship the work.
What I Don't Do
This is not a full-service agency with account managers and layered teams. You work with me directly. If a project needs specialists I don't cover, I bring in trusted people and coordinate the work, but there's no account-manager theater or middleman markup.
How I Work
Most engagements follow the same arc. Assess what's broken or missing, prioritize what matters most, build or fix the systems, then hand off training and documentation so your team can run it.
Reporting is honest. If the data isn't clean, I say so. If a test didn't work, you hear why and what to try next. Timelines are realistic. Rankings and pipeline improvements take weeks or months, not days.
The goal is to set up something durable that you can maintain internally, with optional check-ins when you need a second opinion or want to scale into new channels.
How I Approach the Work
-
Clear direction first
The biggest bottleneck is usually not knowing what to fix first. Strategy work starts with audit and priorities before jumping into tactics.
-
Measure what drives leads
Traffic and impressions are useful signals, but cost per lead and close rate determine if marketing is working. Numbers tie back to sales.
-
Technical and marketing together
SEO without dev support fails. Paid ads without tracking are guesses. Strategy without delivery sits in a deck. These pieces work as one system.
-
Build for the long term
Shortcuts like thin content or black-hat SEO break eventually. The work focuses on systems that last and teams that can maintain them after handoff.
Why Work With Me
-
You work directly with me
No junior team members running your account while a senior person reviews slides once a month. I handle the strategy, build the systems, and train your team.
-
Strategy and delivery both covered
Most consultants plan but don't build. I can do both. That means faster iteration and fewer handoff failures between the strategist and whoever implements it.
-
Clear communication, realistic timelines
You get honest reporting on what's working and what isn't. If a test failed or tracking is broken, you hear it plainly. Timelines reflect how long things actually take.
-
Handoff so you can run it
The goal is not lifetime dependency. I build the system, document how it works, and train your team so they can manage it day-to-day. Bring me back for quarterly reviews or new projects when needed.

Questions About Working With Me
What's the difference between hiring you versus an agency?
Agencies bundle strategy with layers of account managers and junior execution teams. You pay for overhead and coordination. With me, you work directly with one senior person who handles strategy and can also build, test, and ship the work. No middlemen, no markups, no handoff delays between the person who plans and the person who delivers.
Can you handle both strategy and the technical build side?
Yes. The strategy side is fractional CMO work, roadmaps, audits, and priorities. The build side covers landing pages, tracking setup, campaign builds, QA, and developer coordination. Most engagements include both because a plan without execution just sits in a deck, and execution without strategy wastes budget on the wrong things.
How long have you been doing this?
Started in SEO in 2004 when it was still mostly guesswork and meta keyword tags. Expanded into paid media, analytics, CRO, content systems, and lifecycle marketing as digital channels matured. Been working directly with SMBs as a solo consultant for over a decade, no agency layers.
Do you work with my industry or company size?
Most clients are SMBs in logistics, real estate, professional services, or SaaS. Usually 5 to 200 employees. The fit is strongest when you already have some marketing running but need someone senior to assess what's broken, set priorities, and either fix it or guide your team through fixes. If you're a startup with no marketing yet, or an enterprise with a full in-house team, probably not the right fit.
